Morning Worship

Our Sunday morning worship services begin at 9:30 am.

Our worship incorporates a blend of contemporary and traditional styles of music. We are learning new songs from the latest hymnal of the Christian Reformed Church and the Reformed Church in America, Lift Up Your Hearts. We have praise teams that lead us in singing contemporary songs and a worship choir. We use the piano, contemporary band instruments (drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.) and the organ. In our worship, we strive to be both celebratory and reverent.

We strive to be intergenerational in our worship, often including a song particularly for the children, and involving young people in our praise teams and other parts of the service.

We follow the rhythms of the Church Year, the ancient Christian Calendar that is structured around the life of Jesus Christ, and which includes the seasons of Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter and Eastertide, and Kingdomtide (also called Ordinary Time). A Primer on the Church Year is available, as well as a chart of the Christian Year.
